Watersports

Located in Bentota; the water sports hub, this southern coastal village is approximately 30 minutes away from Calamansi Cove. Wildlife Excursions
The island is blessed with 26 national parks, each with its own special feature. Yala National Park is known to be the best place to spot wild leopards and sloth bears, while Minneriya National Park is famed for The Gathering; the largest meeting of wild elephants and Kumana National Park is a haven for bird watchers. Venture into the depths of the Indian Ocean for a chance to spot the largest animal in the world, the blue whale, as well as other marine animals from sperm whales to dolphins and sea turtles.
Historical Tours
Dive into the historical wonder of Sri Lanka by embarking on a fascinating heritage tour. Galle is located an hour away from Calamansi Cove and offers a range of things to see. Visit the towering Galle Lighthouse and Clocktower situated on either end of Dutch Fort ramparts. Steeped in history, you can even take your kids into the National Maritime Museum for a fun and engaging learning experience of the island’s history.
