Tangerine, our restaurant, is located at the beach-front overlooking the infinity pool, beach and Indian Ocean. A team of five accomplished chefs create menus based on the daily catch from the Cove’s own fishermen (or your own fishing success) together with seasonal vegetables and fresh meats. Both Sri Lankan and Western fare is provided to cater to all tastes – including vegetarians.
